Freshman Sawyer Wilson and sophomore Kennedy McDonald placed second and fifth in the 3A girls final for The Classical Academy, helping the Titans capture their state record 12th team title at the Colorado High School Activities Association state championships at Norris Penrose Events Center in Colorado Springs. Wilson covered the 5-kilometer course in 18:44.5 and McDonald ran 19:04.5 for the Titans, who prevailed over Faith Christian by a 50-88 margin.
